購入後、そのまま使って大丈夫ですか？

Qお使いになる前に綺麗な水に30分から1時間ほど浸し、その後、十分に乾いてからご使用下さい。
APlease soak the product in clean water for 30 minutes to 1 hour and dry thoroughly before use.
細かいひびがありますが大丈夫ですか？
What are the cracks on the glaze?
Q貫入というもので、素地と釉の膨張率の差などによって発生しますが、使用上は問題ありません。
AThey are called crazing, caused by the difference in expansion rate between the base material and the glaze. There is no problem in use.
電子レンジ使用は可能ですか？
Can I put it in a microwave?
Q電子レンジによる急激な温度変化は破損の原因になりますので、避けて下さい。
APlease avoid microwave ovens. Sudden changes in the temperature may cause damage.
食洗機の使用は可能ですか？
Can I put it in a dishwasher?
Q職人による手作業にて製作されているため、台所用中性洗剤と柔らかいスポンジでの手洗いを推奨します。
AWe recommend washing by hand with neutral kitchen detergent and a soft sponge since the products are handcrafted.

Q- 美濃磁器：縁に金属を施しているためご使用になれません。
- 肥前吉田焼と波佐見焼：ご使用可能です。
A- You cannot put Mino ware because it has a metallic rim.
- You can put Hizen Yoshida ware and Hasami ware in a microwave.
食洗機の使用は可能ですか？

Q- 美濃磁器：縁に金属を施しているためご使用になれません。
- 肥前吉田焼と波佐見焼：職人による手作業にて製作されているため台所用中性洗剤と柔らかいスポンジでの手洗いを推奨します。
AWe recommend washing by hand with a neutral detergent and a sponge since the cup is handmade by craftsmen. Especially Mino ware, be sure to wash by hand since the cup has a metallic rim.

Can I use it right after the purchase?
Q使いはじめに一度だけ生温いお湯に20秒から30秒ほど浸し、熱に馴らして下さい。はじめから熱湯を注ぐと、変色やゆがみの原因などになる場合もありますのでご注意下さい。
AIt may cause discoloration or distortion if you pour boiling water at the beginning of use, so please soak the product in warm water for 20 to 30 seconds to acclimate it to the heat.
電子レンジ・食洗機の使用は可能ですか？

Q変形や割れなどの原因となる恐れがあるためご使用を控えて下さい。
APlease refrain from using both as it may cause deformation or cracking.
使った後のお手入れは？
How do I clean it after use?
Q台所用中性洗剤と柔らかいスポンジを使用します。洗ったあとはすぐに柔らかい布で水分を拭き、直射日光が当たらない食器棚に収納して下さい。
APlease wash with a neutral kitchen detergent and a soft sponge, then wipe dry with a soft cloth. And store in a cupboard out of direct sunlight.
熱いものを入れても大丈夫ですか？
Can I pour hot water or put something hot?
Q断熱性があり手が熱くないうえ、中身は冷めにくいという利点があります。口にいれて火傷しない程度の温度であれば、ご使用いただけます。
AYou can pour or put something hot if it is not as hot as burning skin. This product has thermal insulating properties, so you can keep the temperature of the inside without feeling hot in your hands.
長持ちさせる方法はありますか？
Is there any way to avoid deterioration?
Q堅いものと当たらないように陶磁器などとは別にして洗うことと、洗浄後、水道水のミネラル分が白く残らないように、布巾でしっかり水分を拭き取ります。「やさしく洗って、しっかり拭く」ということを意識してご使用下さい。
APlease wash the product separately from the ceramics to prevent colliding, then wipe off the water with a cloth to prevent white stain. Always wash soft and wipe thoroughly.
メンテナンスの方法を教えて下さい。
How can I take care of the cup?
Q漆は乾燥が苦手なため、使用することで表面の湿度を保つことができます。日常使いをすることが一番のメンテナンスになります。
AAs one of the characteristics of lacquer, it does not like to dry out. You can maintain the humidity of the surface by using the cup. Daily use is the best way to maintain.

Q加工の際についた臭いや油分を取るため、食器用中性洗剤と柔らかいスポンジを使いぬるま湯で洗って下さい。

Q電子レンジでご使用すると電磁波が跳ね返され、レンジ本体を破壊してしまう危険があります。絶対にご使用ならないで下さい。
APlease refrain from heating the cup in a microwave, or the electromagnetic waves may bounce back and destroy the microwave oven.

Can I pour hot drinks?
Q冷たい飲み物用に作られているため、熱い飲み物にはお使いにならないで下さい。熱伝導率が高いため火傷の恐れがあります。常温、または冷たいものでごご使用下さい。
AWe designed this copper cup for cold drinks. Please do not pour hot, as its high thermal conductivity may burn your skin. Please pour drinks at room temperature or cold.
変色することはありますか？
Will the cup ever tarnish?
Q銅は酸や塩分に弱く、放っておくと変色してしまいます。ご使用後には中性洗剤とスポンジで汚れを落としてお湯ですすいで下さい。タワシなどは傷がつきやすいので控えて下さい。
ACopper is sensitive to acid and salt, so it will tarnish if these substances remain on the surface. Please clean with a neutral detergent and a sponge, and rinse with hot water after use. Please refrain from using a scrubber brush, as it may scratch the surface.
錆びが出てきた時の対処方法を教えて下さい。
What should I do when rust appears?
Q汚れを落とし、お酢と塩をスポンジにつけてこすりますときれいに取れます。金属タワシや粒子の粗いクレンザーで傷つけますと錆びの原因になりますので、お手入れには必ず柔らかいスポンジや布をご使用下さい。
AClean the surface by scrubbing with a sponge moistened with vinegar and salt. When you clean, please use a soft sponge or cloth, and do not use a metal scrubber or coarse cleanser.
錆びの発生を防ぐ方法はありますか？

Q使用後は充分に洗浄して水を切り、しっかり拭き保管して下さい。

保管方法を教えて下さい
How should I store it?
Q長期間ご使用ならない場合は、湿気の少ない場所に新聞紙などに包み、ビニール袋などに入れて保管することを推奨します。
AIf you don’t use it for a certain period of time, wrap the cup with newspaper and a plastic bag and store it in a dry place.
